Digital Reports & Services
Our astrology and numerology reports are digital products delivered by email or dashboard access after purchase, so they are treated as used once delivered.

Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time from your user dashboard.
- After cancellation, premium access remains active until the current billing cycle ends.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days within an active billing period.
- Please cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Exceptions
A refund may be considered only in these situations:
- Duplicate payment: you were charged twice for the same transaction because of a technical issue.
- Service failure: you paid for a report but our system still failed to deliver it after 48 hours of manual intervention.
