Refund Policy

Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for our digital astrological services.

Digital Reports & Services

Since our astrology and numerology reports are digital products delivered via email or dashboard access instantly upon purchase, they are deemed "used" after delivery.

"We offer a strict No-Refund Policy on all generated reports, kundali charts, and personalized compatibility analyses."

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time through your User Dashboard.

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain premium access until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing period.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Exceptions

The only circumstances under which a refund may be considered are:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch.
  • Service Failure: If you paid for a report but our system failed to generate it after 48 hours of manual intervention.
